HUECK increases sales opportunities through 360-degree view of construction objects
ORBIS AG has installed the CRM industry solution ORBIS Construction Supplier Suite based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM at HUECK GmbH & Co KG. With this application, HUECK, a leading manufacturer of aluminum window, door and facade systems, now bundles all sales-relevant information on a central CRM platform and can manage it uniformly, consistently and in high quality. Thanks to the process, industry and consulting expertise of the experts at ORBIS, as well as tight project management, HUECK realized the implementation and launch of the solution within the specified time frame and on budget.
With the help of the ORBIS Construction Supplier Suite, HUECK has consistently designed and harmonized the sales processes in the company and can thus control them much better and more efficiently. The solution maps all the important processes in construction project management in a transparent and structured manner, so that the 100 specialist users at HUECK have a 360-degree view of each individual construction project and its complex network of data, documents and activities, as well as of the relationships with planners, architects, builders and tradesmen. Sales now keeps a close eye on each individual project phase, from identification and qualification, through request for proposal and preparation, to closing the deal. At the same time, it can quickly identify relevant construction projects and respond to invitations to tender at an early stage - a factor that is relevant to competition. The decision on the window, door and facade system is usually made quite early in the planning phase.
Sales controlling has also improved noticeably, because the information stored in the CRM solution, for example on the sales pipeline or the current status of business opportunities and construction projects, can be evaluated quickly and in great detail. The meaningful analyses and key figures that can be derived from this enable precise sales planning and a realistic forecast. Modern dashboards visualize the analyses of sales performance in a graphically clear manner, and the depth of analysis can be changed at any time using drill-down. Marketing campaigns for trade show appearances can now also be planned in the ORBIS Construction Supplier Suite.
ORBIS Construction Supplier Suite has received high praise from end users. It is fully integrated with Microsoft Outlook, and all tasks can be completed on an interface that is familiar to the user and intuitive to use. Since the sales data is available uniformly and clearly in a central CRM database, substitutions can be organized more easily because employees can quickly find their way around their colleagues' processes if necessary. The previously cumbersome search for information in documents or filing systems is no longer necessary. The CRM solution is also linked to the company's own SAP ERP system via a bidirectional interface; this ensures a smooth flow of data between the applications.
