Since we are continuously growing, we have a great need for new, well-trained employees.
How does the application process work?
You apply directly with your school-leaving certificate or your certificate of (technical) qualification for university entrance using our portal. The application process for our trainees is similar to our general application process.
What is the apprenticeship to become an office management assistant like at ORBIS?
Multi-layered training is important to us, which is why you will be familiarized with all of our commercial departments and thus the company as a whole during your apprenticeship to become an office management assistant. You will spend your training in Marketing, HR, Finance and Accounting, Car & Travel Management and Sales.
During your commercial apprenticeship, you will deal with the following topics, among others:
- Applicant management
- HR marketing and development
- Requesting and pre-entering invoices / credit notes
- Using the SAP S4/HANA enterprise software
- Payment reminder and dunning run
- Company / pool vehicles
- Planning internal and external events
- Organizing webinars, Microsoft CRM database
- Travel bookings
What is the apprenticeship to become an IT specialist working in systems integration like at ORBIS?
Well-founded and in-depth training is important to us, which is why you will be familiarized with the specifics of the internal IT department in a medium-sized IT and software company during your apprenticeship to become an IT specialist working in the field of systems integration. As an apprentice, you will mainly work in service and support, but will also be involved in planning, software provisioning and hardware procurement.
In service and support, you will deal with the following topics, among others:
- Installing hardware as standard
- Initially setting up user profiles
- Installing user-specific application programs
- Setting up employee workstations on the IT side
- Organizing replacement of defective equipment
- Performing extensive troubleshooting (e.g. system errors and crashes)
- Supporting events from an IT standpoint
