Project process: from analysis to go-live in 150 days!

Phase 1: Program evaluation – potential analysis (1 to 2 days)

We start by focusing on an initial strategic assessment. We work together to analyze your existing CRM system landscape and your outlay to date. Based on this, you receive a cash flow analysis and find out what concrete added value Microsoft offers you as a platform. The aim is to provide an objective assessment with specific recommendations as to whether or not it makes sense for you to switch to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Phase 2: Discovery – system check and future planning (5 weeks)

During the discovery phase, we take a deep dive into your current CRM structure and analyze existing integrations, customizations and future requirements based on defined success criteria. You get a detailed migration and fit-gap report, a rough time and budget outline, a change management assessment and initial workshops on Copilot and agent functions.

Phase 3: Solution review - detailed project plan (2 weeks)

Based on the gained insights, we put together a complete project plan, a technical solution description (solution blueprint) and an overview of license costs. You receive tailored demos as well as a final offer and all the information you need for making an informed decision.

Phase 4: Final contract - implementation kick-off (1 week)

Once you are ready for the next step, the final contract documents are drawn up and signed. This marks the official start of the project and we lay the groundwork for technical implementation and migration.

Phase 5: Post sale & implementation – final implementation (5 months)

The final phase consists of the actual implementation with a go-live within five months. Microsoft offers optional powerful tools such as Migration Factory and Fast Track Governance for this. In addition to technical implementation, the focus is also on adoption, change management and final project success measurement.
