ORBIS SE reports stable business performance in the first half of 2025
ORBIS SE, the Saarbrücken-based software and business consulting company listed on the General Standard, has published its consolidated half-year report for 2025.
ORBIS can look back on stable business development in the first half of 2025.
ORBIS SE's consolidated revenue in the first half of 2025 rose by 2.7% year-on-year to €67,499 thousand (previous year: €65,738 thousand).
The number of employees decreased slightly by 3.1% to 892 as of June 30, 2025 (previous year: 921 employees).
Operating profit (EBIT) increased by 18.3% to €2,305 thousand (previous year: €1,948 thousand).
For the first half of 2025, consolidated net income amounted to €1,473 thousand (previous year: €1,354 thousand). Taking into account the share of earnings attributable to other shareholders (minority interests) amounting to €589 thousand, the consolidated net income attributable to ORBIS SE shareholders for the first half of 2025 amounted to €884 thousand (previous year: €1,381 thousand).

ORBIS also expects ORBIS SE's business activities to remain stable for the rest of the year. If the difficult overall economic environment persists, ORBIS cannot rule out a negative impact on ORBIS SE's business activities in the second half of 2025. Due to the current economic crisis in Germany and Europe, ORBIS currently expects sales and earnings (consolidated EBIT before special items) for the 2025 fiscal year to remain at the previous year's level or to increase slightly in both the Domestic and International segments.
