In the Data Impact Lab, you can get to the heart of your ideas. In just three sessions, you'll come up with concrete solutions that noticeably improve everyday life. We use tried-and-tested approaches to do this. Would you like to prioritize your target customers in the future based on relevance and timing? In this compact kick-off session on November 20, 2025, we will work together with all participants to develop a vision for the future of your field in two hours.
You will see inspiring examples, gather ideas and prioritise two to three specific use cases that will have a rapid impact – with a focus on business value and feasibility.
Use case examples:
- ABM scoring: Bundle signals per target customer, identify buying groups, and prioritize accounts - or better forecasts and focused sales.
- MQL validation (agent-supported): Automatically enrich and deduplicate leads and transfer them to SDRs with a briefing - for higher appointment rates and clean transfers.
- Offer Copilot: Compliant configuration, pricing, and delivery dates – integrated with CRM/ERP for faster and error-free quotes.
Session 2 – On site: Target vision, solution outline, 90-day plan
From idea to implementation – together, concretely, and clearly.
On December 3, 2025, at the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart, we will work together to define a clear target vision for each selected use case and outline a simple solution.
We then create a pragmatic implementation plan for the next 90 days, which includes responsibilities, approaches, and clear metrics.
Session 3 – Remote: Fine-tuning, commit, pilot launch
Final touches – and then you're ready to go.
On January 15, 2026, we will hold a two-hour closing session to review whether the goals, measures, and key figures are aligned, clarify final responsibilities, and set the start date for the first pilot projects.
With a neat checklist and a clear reporting rhythm, you are ready for the go live.
