ORBIS and Provance enter into IT Service Management partnership

By partnering with Provance, an ITSM solution specialist, ORBIS is expanding its portfolio for integrated service management processes based on Microsoft Business Applications. Provance ITSM powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 enables digital transformation for both the IT department and the business by leveraging the rich capabilities of the Microsoft Intelligent Cloud (Dynamics 365, Office 365 and Azure) to deliver modern, flexible as well as cost-efficient IT service and asset management. Provance ITSM is also optimized for use with various Microsoft management and productivity solutions, enabling organizations to leverage their existing and future investments in Microsoft technologies and skillsets. Provance ITSM is also Pink Verify™ certified for 11 ITIL® processes. ORBIS takes advantage of the solution and advises customers on how to implement and digitalize optimized IT Service Management processes based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, which at the same time consider the user experience for agents or customers.
