New Microsoft Cloud Partner Program: ORBIS qualifies as a Microsoft Solutions Partner for three areas
According to the rules of the new Microsoft Cloud Partner Program, which replaces the Microsoft Partner Network and therefore the Microsoft Gold partnership, ORBIS SE is now a Microsoft Solutions Partner in three of a total of six solution areas: “Business Applications,” “Data & AI (Azure)” as well as "Digital & App Innovation (Azure).” Microsoft therefore confirms the high level of competence and reliability of the internationally operating software and business consulting company, which advises and cares for its customers as their trusted advisor and quickly and reliably implements customer projects.
As a Solutions Partner for “Business Applications,” ORBIS has demonstrated a broad expertise related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Microsoft Power Platform. The additional specialization of “Low-Code Application Development” in this area also confirms comprehensive technical knowledge in relation to a low-code application development, which simplifies the digital business transformation.
The qualification as a Solutions Partner for “Data and AI (Azure)” proves that ORBIS supports its customers with a high level of expertise and efficiency in the cross-system management of their data and the design of analysis and AI solutions. And the certification as a Solutions Partner for “Digital and App Innovation (Azure)” certifies the Saarbrücken-based IT service provider's comprehensive expertise in building, running and managing applications, be it in public cloud environments, on premises or at the network edge (Edge).
Appointment as a Microsoft Solutions Partner is associated with high requirements. ORBIS had to achieve at least 70 to 100 points in the “Partner Capability Score,” which rates three categories: successful customer projects (Customer Success), growth and sales quota (Performance), product know-how and the number of certified employees (Skilling). ORBIS had far exceeded the minimum score within a very short period of time, whereby the successes as a Microsoft Solutions Partner are continuously monitored and immediately incorporated into the Partner Capability Score.
