ORBIS AG is conducting a Europe-wide rollout of its proven CRM industry solution ORBIS ConstructionONE powered by Microsoft Dynamics CRM at Uponor Group, one of the leading providers of solutions and systems for hygienic drinking water supply, energy-efficient heating and cooling and reliable infrastructure. With the introduction of ORBIS ConstructionONE in all European companies, Uponor intends to consolidate the previously heterogeneous CRM landscape, consisting of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce and Super Office, and replace it with a single, integrated CRM platform.

In the future, sales-relevant information from the individual locations will converge centrally in ORBIS ConstructionONE, where it can be managed in a structured and uniform manner, and sales processes can be standardized across countries and made even more efficient, flexible and transparent. Among other things, those responsible at Uponor expect this to have a positive impact on sales success, because the company's products can be placed even better in Europe-wide tenders.

The CRM industry solution from ORBIS is currently being used in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Eastern Europe. For Uponor, the decisive factor in the decision to standardize the CRM application landscape throughout Europe with ORBIS ConstructionONE based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM was, in addition to the positive experiences of the companies already connected, above all the fact that the CRM solution maps all relevant processes in construction project management. At the same time, it is characterized by a high degree of flexibility in terms of adaptation to individual requirements. The price of the license model, which is attractive compared to other CRM solutions, was also convincing and is expected to lead to a noticeable reduction in IT costs.

At its locations in Western Europe (France, Spain, Italy, and the UK), Uponor successfully completed the introduction of ORBIS ConstructionONE powered by Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including data migration from the previously used CRM system, in 2016 thanks to ORBIS' consulting and process expertise. At the present time, the CRM industry solution is being implemented in the Northern European companies (Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark). In the final stage, a total of around 1,000 users in sales will then be working with the CRM solution from ORBIS.
