OSCO – who are we?

OSCO GmbH, established in 1996, is a consulting and software company that is specialized in SAP and aimed at the manufacturing and processing industries. The range of services on offer extends from deployment analyses and concepts to global complete rollouts and support.

The software solutions and SAP add-ons that OSCO develops are tailored to the needs of the following industries:

• Industries for flat geometric products, such as the metal industry, to technical textiles, fiber production and wire production
• Foil and paper industry and the building materials industry
• Manufacturers of multi-variant products in mechanical engineering and toolmaking, as well as automotive suppliers

For all of these industries, OSCO offers a preset, turnkey SAP complete solution for metal and steel. SAP solutions for Manufacturing Execution (MES) including production data acquisition (PDA), detailed planning, product costing and master data generation round off the portfolio.

OSCO GmbH has been part of the ORBIS Group since 2012. Customers include numerous renowned companies such as the Heimbach Group, the Friedhelm Loh Group, the Wuppermann Group and the Schäfer Group with its EMW Steel Service Center.

OSCO maps production-compliant, practical and customer-specific business processes in the production-related SAP segment. Depending on the customer project, we deploy proprietary, predefined solutions developed in the SAP R/3 and/or SAP WebAS environment. These particularly include solutions in the area of material-related master data (basic data generation), production planning, material flow, distribution, quality management and data migration of master and transaction data.
