The ORBIS procedure
ORBIS uses a pragmatic work procedure that gives you visible results as early as possible.
The procedure begins with a joint workshop, where you work with our specialists to generate a list of requirements for the target process. The next step involves realising the process components that our evaluation system has rated as core features, in the form of a prototype.
In very little time, you are able to estimate whether your requirements can be realised in SAP SCM, and if so, how. This prototype forms a robust basis for a reliable estimation of costs, and it functions as an initial test environment for your project staff. Once the prototype has been approved, the target concept is further refined as required and then the full functionalities are realised on your systems.
